What payments do you accept?
We accept payments both online, and in-store. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, with PayPal, PayPal Credit (coming soon), Cash and Klarna (coming soon)
Which postal service do you use?
Joshuas use Royal Mail tracked 24 service for all online sales. We also offer click-and-collect in store.
Do you offer engraving?
We do offer jewellery and watch engraving on applicable items. We will advise if an engraving is possible on a product-by-product basis.
Do you buy gold?

Do you offer finance?
For in-store purchases, we allow customers to leave a 10% deposit and monthly re-payments. For online sales, we offer PayPal credit and Klarna payments to spread the cost.
Do you repair jewellery?
Yes. We have a dedicated workshop with a skilled and experienced jewellers who offer repair and jewellery creation services.
Do you repair watches?
Yes. We offer a range of watch repair services to get you ticking again in no time.
Do you sell conflict diamonds and stones?
No. Every stone sold by Joshuas is responsibly sourced according to the Kimberly Process. We have measures in-place to ensure our partners and suppliers are also compliant with this process.
Are your stores COVID-19 friendly?
Yes. We have measures in place, compliant with government guidlines, to ensure the safety of our staff and customers whilst in-store.
